Introduction to Panda Hua Bao

Huabao, a male giant panda, is currently residing at the Ehteri Zoo in Finland and plans to return home early by the end of 2024. Born on July 10, 2013 at the Ya'an Bifengxia Base of the China Giant Panda Protection and Research Center. Her mother is the giant panda Qian Qian and her father is from the Giant Panda Park.
Panda Hua Bao
1. Name origin: The people of Finland gave the Hua Bao panda a Finnish nickname, called "Pyry", which is the name of a Finnish male and means "heavy snowfall".

2. Appearance features: Hua Bao has a robust appearance, loves climbing trees, has a lively and active personality, and is quite impatient.

3. Family members: Hua Bao's father is panda Yuan Yuan, mother is panda Qian Qian, older brothers are panda Rong Rong and panda Yuan Xin, older sisters are panda Ying Ying, panda Mei Xi, panda Mei Xin, panda Yun Duo, younger brothers are panda Yun Er, panda Pu Pu, younger sisters are panda Ya Mei, panda Zhuang.

4. Main experiences:
  • Born on July 10, 2013 at the Ya'an Bifengxia Base of the China Giant Panda Protection and Research Center,
  • Moved to Walnut Ping Training Base of China Giant Panda Protection and Research Center on December 12, 2013
  • Moved to the Ya'an Bifengxia Base of China Giant Panda Protection and Research Center on June 12, 2014
  • Moved to Dujiangyan Irrigation Project Base of China Giant Panda Protection and Research Center on March 6, 2015
  • On January 15, 2016, the panda "Yuan Xin" took over from South Korea and went to the Lin Xi Zoo and Botanical Garden in Shandong Province
  • Returned to Dujiangyan Irrigation Project Base of China Giant Panda Protection and Research Center on October 13, 2017
  • Before January 17, 2018, go to the Ehteri Zoo  in Finland.
