Q: How do I track my package after my package be shipped?
A: As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you a link for you to track your package.
 
Q: If my package was lost or stolen, what should I do?
A: Chuan-X Panda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
