The season of gentle rain arrives, coinciding with Qixi Festival (Chinese traditional Valentine's Day) — marking three wonderful years since Chuan-X Panda online store started. As we look back on this journey, we'd love to share our growth, lessons learned, and heartfelt wishes for the road ahead.

1. LOOKING BACK & GROWING FORWARD
Since our online store launched in 2023, we've always stayed true to our core values: genuine service and original creations. We've poured care into every panda product and treated every customer with sincerity. Over time, our dedication has earned us countless warm supports and kind words.
We also know we still have room to grow. These imperfections will be our key focus as we improve and refine our work in the coming year.
2. STANDING FIRM THROUGH CHALLENGES
This journey has brought us growth and trust, but it has also seen unfair competition from other peers. Some competitors have scraped our customer information using various IP addresses, repeatedly visited our site maliciously, diverted traffic, copied our official website entirely, overloaded our servers, and used negative SEO tactics to hinder our development, breaking fair industry rules.
We have formally notified the relevant parties that such behaviors violate competition and network safety laws. We have fully collected and saved all infringement evidence, submitted a formal police report, and the case is now under official investigation.
A gentle reminder to all our new and old customer friends: please only trust official Chuan-X Panda channels and stay away from fake copycat websites to protect your own rights and interests. We will keep upgrading our safety defenses to face future challenges with confidence.
