Another summer has arrived, and it has been two years since Chuan-X Panda’s online store first went live. There is so much we want to say to both new and longtime customers. To our familiar yet unfamiliar customer friends:
1. The Original Inspiration
As panda enthusiasts, we are just like everyone else—we love watching adorable panda videos, tuning into live streams of pandas, virtually adopting our favorite pandas, and admiring their soft, fluffy fur. We wish we could hold them in our arms, envelop them, and be enveloped by them.
What makes us even happier is that we come from the hometown of pandas in China—Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Here, you’ll find China’s largest captive panda breeding base and natural habitats. Panda-inspired creations can be found in every corner of the city’s streets. We, a group of young people, were also inspired to create pandas uniquely representative of Chengdu and share them with panda lovers around the world.
Here, pandas are not just adorable animals—they are also a symbol of leisure, self-contentment, and relaxation, embodying the city’s identity and the spirit of its residents. The cute, lazy pandas complement Chengdu, known as China’s happiest city, making this livable "Land of Abundance" even warmer and more distinctive for thousands of years.
2. The Meaning of Existence—Mutual Companionship and Healing
As the lyrics of the popular Chinese song 🎼"Chengdu" go 🎤, "Take a walk with me on the streets of Chengdu, until all the lights go out without stopping." In this romantic and inclusive city, you’ll find little girls wearing panda hairbands, young women carrying fluffy panda backpacks, fashionable boys adorned with several small panda plushies, and trendsetting aunts wearing unique panda accessories. The spiritual essence of pandas accompanies us, heals us, and strengthens us.
This black-and-white fluffball appears both clever and silly, making it irresistible to cuddle. Whether children or adults, we all need companionship and to be accompanied, to love and to be loved. This nourishes our inner strength to continually face the world.
3. Staying True to Ourselves
Over the past two years, we have sincerely served every customer, sending beauty and warmth from Chengdu, even from thousands of miles away. During this time, there may have been instances where we fell short of satisfying every customer due to various reasons, and we deeply apologize for that. We will continue to improve and strive to present an even better Chuan-X Panda. In the future, we will remain true to ourselves, creating more unique panda works with passion and dedication. May both you and us grow in love and beauty, striving to become the ideal versions of ourselves.
