RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the items in original condition with unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

The process is simple and easy to use：
We accept returns within 90 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page). We require a simple process to generate return for each item being returned. Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.

REFUNDS

Refund will be issued to original payment method. 15% restocking fee will apply to some returns. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

APPAREL EXCHANGES

If you need a different size of an apparel item you ordered, please place an order for the new size and complete the return process for the old size by manage your order section and follow the instruction under your account or at email  chuanxpanda@gmail.com. 

Please pay shipping to return the old item, then email chuanxpanda@gmail.com with your new order number, and we will refund the shipping and any promotional price difference.
